There's no contest. Spider-man would win simply because his superhuman traits outmatch Captain America's peaked-but-limited human abilities.
1) Strength - Spidey can lift 10-tons, compared to Cap's 800 lbs.
2) Speed, lightning reflexes, spider-sense - Cap can't even touch him. And his adamantium shield won't do any good when spidey snatches it with his webslinger.

I say Captain America would win because Cap is a super soldier and is strong. Captain America has fast reflexes and same as Spiderman but Cap is too fast. Captain America knocked out Hulk and Spiderman can't beat the Hulk. So yeah Captain America wins this fight two thumbs up.

I played Captain America in Marvel Super Heros with Spiderman and beat him. I say Spiderman. He has beaten Venom who is way stronger than him Rhino the Green Goblin and so much other stronger enemies. Not to mention he usually says something to who is fighting that catches offguard a example after beating a enemy in the Marvel Super Heros game it said by the bubble Not bad but you still look stupid in that costume.
Spiderman has the advantage of spider sense, superhuman strength, equilibrium and the reflexes. He can stick to surfaces. Also has web shooters. So I say Captain America does hang in but Spiderman dodges his attack takes his or shield or some other way and then tries to eather break it or place where Captain America can't get it and then uses web shooters and superhuman strength to finish him.

spider man is faster and stronger and has his spider sense and his webs. but in comics captain america has fought spider man and hit him showing that his super soldier mind which processes things faster and his speed and reflexes shows that fighting spiderman wouldnt be that far from an idea from spiderman losing. captain america has fought stronger people them spiderman so trying to say spiderman would win cause of his strength is just really stupid. also spiderman taking away captain america's shield wouldnt really put captain america to a loss since captain america has shown multiple times tht he can handle his self without his shield. so spider man might be stronger faster and has spider sense and his webs and logically spider man should win. but captain america has proven before that he has what it takes to hit spiderman and spiderman admitted how much that hurt and with his skill of martial arts and his super soldier mind of processing things faster of in captain americas words seeing things faster captain america would win. not logically but in comics captain america is going to win. spiderman even had a suit in the civil war made from iron man and he still got hit by captain america.

Spider man because his webs is strong enough to hold hulk for 20 min he doesn't have to beat captain America he will just take away the shield and tie him up with his webbing
