Cuz SOME white girls ARE!!! Some white girls sleep around all over the place. Just like some black girls, hispanic girls, asian girls, etc. There are hoes in every race. And hoes in different area codes!! So sometimes it might be true and other times not, only the girl knows for sure.

Actually some black girls call other black girls hoe's*. black girls who call white girls hoe's* would call a black girl a hoe just a fast.

In the parlance of some blacks it is just a word. Does not have the connotation that you give it.
And some are, some are not.
Some black women are some are not.

Its because white girls have lost all pride in who they are and will f#ck a black just to prove how open minded they are. The mexicans ,here call them "b!tches" and the mexican girls, "females".
