Do a search on eBay
US small size paper money is a separate category.

To make it easy for you, I did a search for you. Here is the link:
http://coins.search.ebay.com/1934-20_Paper-Money-US_W0QQcatrefZC6QQcoactionZcompareQQcoentrypageZsearchQQcopagenumZ1QQfgtpZQQfromZR2QQfsooZ2QQfsopZ2QQftrtZ1QQftrvZ1QQlopgZQQsacatZ3412QQsaprchiZQQsaprcloZQQsatitleZ1934Q2aQ2020QQsbrftogZ1QQsofocusZbs

As you are about to find out, a circulated note doesn't sell for much more than face value. Also, there are several varieties of the 1934 $20, and I can't tell which one you have with the information you provide.
