Episode 5: The Empire Strikes Back. I changed a lot in the time between episodes 4 & 5. This one had it all as far as I am concerned. Although I found Vader an interesting character I mostly identified with Solo. (I'm still puzzled as to why there is a lack of any emphasis on the Solo storyline in #'s 1,2, and 3, yet I realize that George Lucas had a huge story to tell). My favorite sequence was how the Millenium Falcon evaded the empire through the asteroid field and especially as they manuevered near the asteroid that was home to the space slug. I still get into how Han uses the canyon walls to wreck the two T.I.E. fighters. I liked many of the locations that the story took us and the budding romance between Leia and Han. It seemed like a "matured-up" edition that had a great symphonic score. By far the best of the six episodes.

I have a hard time choosing I love episode III revenge of the sith for the action. But I love Episode V The empire strikes back. It has a great story line and the battle of hoth is great, not to mention Han Solo flying through the astoroid field and then that move docking the falcon on the star destroyer, genious! But there is also episode VI return of the jedi. It also has good action and a great story. The battle of endor was the best space battle ever. And i love the way lucas ends the set with episode VI

Mine is Episode IV : A New Hope
I grew up with Star Wars. The first episode set off a trend of sci fi movies. It was thrilling to watch this movie the first time coz its nothing like it back then.
The story is good, funny and the evil vs good theme makes me a part of this movie. The actors were very fresh at that time. Han Solo is cuter, Luke has boyish charm but after the movie, he had a terrible car accident so he's not as adorable to his later films and Princess Leia is much more smart aleck then + the trendsetting donut hair (haha!). Who can forget Sir Alec Guiness as the legendary Obi Wan Kenobi?
The later installments are also watchable but nothing could match the first. It was really, really cool.

It's a toss up between #3 and #4. But I liked #3, because it sort of shows that betrayal is not always forgivable. And #4 because it involves some determination and bravery. Perhaps aggression, too.
