Diet has very little to do with it. Eat healthy for you and your baby. Miscarriages happen for a reason, usually when the baby wouldn't be healthy enough to survive. You can't prevent it with diet.

I'm not sure what you can eat to prevent miscarriage, but You should avoid certain foods.
Avoid:
Albacore tuna (eat chunk light instead and only 12 oz/week or less)
Shark, Sturgeon, swordfish, sushi, deep sea fish and larger fish... they carry Mercury.
Unpasteurized cheese.. listrosis is found in blue veined cheeses and unpasteurized cheese (sometimes found in authentic Mexican and French restaurants)
Deli meats/ pate... these things also carry listrosis which has been proven to cause miscarriage
Soft serve ice cream also sometimes carries listrosis, so go for the real stuff.
Caffeine can cause placental abruption (separation of the placenta from the uterine lining) which can lead to miscarriage also.
Take prenatal vitamins!

miscarriage will happen if it's going to happen, as long as youand your baby stay healthy, stay away from taking medicines, drinkin alcohol, or smoking, you should be okay. avoid falling, or putting intense pressure on your belly.
Take your vitamins that the doctor recommends when are pregnant, and drink alot of clean water, and avoid heavy lifting, or anything that would cause you strain.
You can still do workouts for pregnant women.
Avoid dietary foods, foods with artifcial sweetners, or additives.
if you can afford too, try to stick to organics, when having a healthy snack like fruit or veggies.
Try to stay stress free, stress affects your body more than you know. it will affect the baby, try to stay calm, deep breath, and avoid confrontation. which shouldn't be hard, people dont generally yell at or cause problems for pregnant women.
instead of watching television, try reading, it relaxes the mind and body. instead of coffee, drink teas. avoid anything at admits radiation. Dont get xrays, make sure if you go to the hospital they know you're pregnant, dont just assume they'd know, even if you have the belly. :)

There are some food restrictions during pregnancy. Soft cheeses, deli meats, raw shellfish, fish, etc.
I've attached a link from the American Pregnancy Association about foods to avoid.
Good luck!

Try to eat alot of fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of water, and lay off the fast food. Say no to anything really greasy. Dont eat fish. They say Salmon is good because its a fatty fish, but I wouldnt trust it.

I don't believe food plays any role in miscarriages.
The foods to avoid have more to do with possible buggies that could be in them that you'd ingest and make you and your fetus sick.. Not miscarrage

I don't really know but I've heard that spicy foods can help women to give birth when they are overdue. Maybe you should avoid them.
