Yes. It was on a flight from Tokyo to Los Angeles. I was reading a book on Japanese English. The stewardesses thought I was having a heart attack and started lowering me to the floor and getting all sorts of things ready. I could just tell them I was actually having an excellent time, nothing to worry about. But they did cast the odd eye on me every once in a while till we were back in the US...
