How many of you have taken Caffeine Pills? What are the initial effects and do they work well for you?

hmm, rapid heart rate, can actually feel like your heart is going to explode out of your chest at times, dizzy/lightheaded/vertigo... Wired Jitters, and then they wear off and you CRASH.....
I prefer a nice cold redbull!

Caffeine pills are not good for you at all. First of all they speed your heart up to an abnormal speed. They can give you palpitations which is basically an extra heart beat. If used for an extended amount of time they can mess your heart up and cause irreversible damage.

I took several one time. I pretty much have a high tolerance for caffeine, so they didnt do anything for me.

they work fine, but it's the after effects that reall yslow you down
