I have bad PMS too and my poor hubby goes through heck but you just have to understand that this is life but you can talk to her and there are meds out there that do help and she only needs to take them while it is that time of the month and it helps out both of you alot. just keep smiling and trying you will do fine

Increasing her intake of soy-based products like tofu and miso soup starting about a 3-5 days before and through until the end of her period can lessen many PMS related symptoms. As can eating dried cranberries, surprisingly enough.

Another thing to remember is to keep her very well hydrated (about 1.5 to 2.0 liters a day) and to increase her iron and b-complexes as this are lost through menses.

i have bad pms too...i get extra sensitive and emotional, not to mention my cramps are BAD! the best thing to do is to be extra sweet to her...be sympathetic. don't do anything that you even think might **** her off...be understanding of everything she says...if that works, you guys should be on good terms throughout her cycle! :)

She just might feel uncomfortable around you. Talk to her, see what is bothering her. Maybe she thinks you are not understanding enought. Good luck.
