Ok just because People are from KY, WV, V, or anywhere there are concidered to be "HillBillies" no we dont mix with relatives its a sterotype and I dislike People who Put Sterotypes of this kind to people from these States, First of all there is inbreeding in everystate, not just the southern states. So next time you go and Sterotype some one from one of these state you better check your blood line just to make sure you not part of an Inbread Family. But thats just my Opinion, Remember theres always one in the wood pile somewhere. And Yes IM FROM KY. And NO IM NOT FROM AN INBREAD FAMILY.

Actually if most people can trace their lineage far enough back they will likely find one or two cousin marriages in there. It was socially accepted before the late 1800's and depending on where you lived there just weren't enough people around to go searching hard for someone you may not be somewhat related to.
Remember the farther you trace back your history in America to colonial times the far fewer people that were in this country.
