Ive tried better air filters in the furnace, filling in seams and or cracks with foam insulation in the basement. I have also put a few of the Glade plug-ins around the house. The smell is still very dominate. If anyone knows of anything please let me know.

You should talk to them about it. Second hand smoke is dangerous and can cause some health issues, just like smoking.

Also, whoever owns/runs/is in charge of the condos tell him/her about it (report them!!).

Good luck.

P.S. in the meantime, lysol air disinfector, closed windows, and other air purifiers are going to help slightly. (If you need to keep windows open for cooling, buy a fan. Also, talking to someone proffesional about choosing the right purifier might help you.)

Do you have an air purifier?. Check around
for a good quality one to really help elimanate
smoke odors. You could light a nice scented
candle this will draw the smoke away and
assist with the smell somewhat.
Being a non-smoker, myself I understand.
