Ha, this is a funny question, maybe you aren't aware, however a cougar is simply another name for a mountain lion. So technically a cougar vs. cougar really is also mountain lion vs. mountain lionl. If yo u want to know which would win if two faced each other, the one with more weight, size, jaw power (force per unit area), speed, and general strength would win.
