Only if the 'after' is a divorce!

It does an it is up to the individual to make it so. Noone else can do it. To experience "happily ever after" one must be happy to get there. The path is not easy either. There are too many people that see the rain but not the rainbow.

Only in fairy tales. So when the "princess" gets her "prince" the problems aren't over. However, people can have happy marriages despite problems. And problems can bring a couple closer together if they learn to work through them. So in that way, I guess you can achieve a sort of a happily ever after.

happiness always exists in the present.
it is ever a possibility but never assured.
so you may think of the future as a series of uncertain present moments. if you develop your skill to find happiness in the present in any situation, you can increase your chances of happily ever after.
if you expect situations to stay the same or to always be what you want, you are going to face disappointment that may be considered unhappiness.
it is up to you

if you figure in that "happily ever after" means that you work with each other thru the good times and the bad, know that nobody is ever blissfully happy all the time and that togetherness means compromising,.. then yes it's out there and available.

My favorite movie quote on the subject:

"This thing that we call a wedding ceremony is really the final scene of the fairy tale. They never tell you what happens after. They never tell you that Cinderella drove the Prince crazy with her obsessive need to clean the castle."

No one can answer that question, at least not accurately, but we can hope that "happily ever after" can exist.

I think it does. just not in the way people typically think of it.

i believe that people typically think of "happily ever after" as a perfect life with no problems. i think it exists in not so much of a fairy tale sense.

No way. Don't get me wrong, I believe you can be with the same partner for life. But it's not going to always be happy. You take the good times with the bad. In a perfect world, hopefully the good out weigh the bad.

I don't really think so, but "happily ever after...almost" does!
