Before you think it's lost, are you talking about -

#1 the Yahoo Messenger button on the INTERNET EXPLORER which is normally along the same line as the BACK, FORWARD, STOP, REFRESH, HOUSE, SEARCH, FAVORITE, .. buttons,.....

or

#2 are you talking about the Yahoo Messenger button that's part of the Yahoo Toolbar?

or

#3 do you mean the Yahoo Messenger icon that was on your desktop?

If it's #2 then there are probably more hidden buttons along that Yahoo Toolbar. See the double arrow on the far right of the yahoo toolbar? It looks like this >>. Click onto it and you will see more buttons.

If it's #1 then you have to do the following:
Right click onto a clear area (beige area) on your internet explorer at the top. A window will open up. At the bottom, it says CUSTOMIZE. Click this and another window will pop up. Here you will see two charts containing icons, one that says, "Available toolbar buttons" and the other one that says, "Current toolbar buttons".
Look for your Yahoo Messenger button in the left chart and click ADD, so that now it's on the right chart.
Now you should see it on the internet explorer.

If it's #3 then the easiest thing to do is, click START then ALL PROGRAMS. Now look for YAHOO MESSENGER. You will see arrow to right. Go there and then you will see an ICON (yellow happy face) that says YAHOO MESSENGER WITH VOICE.
Right click onto it and click CREATE SHORTCUT. Now left click the shortcut and drag it out into your desktop.

To be straightforward that is a waste of time once you have not any use for them. It somewhat comes all the way down to the information. if it is merely the searching you choose to get done then i recommend you bookmark them rather. the reason I say none is through the undeniable fact that is merely of fee for an information superhighway developer form aspect that you perchance. yet even if having all of them back is merely going to decelerate your information superhighway browser and make your information superhighway adventure a a lot less intuitive one. also when you're an information superhighway developer you merely choose one. it really is the Google toolbar yet apart from that in case you somewhat somewhat do not choose them i ought to assert do no longer set up them. i wish you've got here upon your answer each and each and every of the appropriate from Lawrence
