Take a pregnancy test - the cheap ones work just as well as EPT. There are many reasons you may have skipped a period. Stress or significant weight loss are two -- when I was young I would stop menstruating in the summer when I was more physically active and lost some body fat. Also, you don't mention if you are on the pill or taking another form of hormonal birth control, but these can also make your periods lighter or stop altogether.
The best thing you can do is to take a test to ease your mind. If it is negative but you still don't start in a week or two you can call your doctor if you are worried. As long ago as your last period was, you should test postive now if you are pregnant.
Good luck!

nothing until you take a test. then you could be looking at pregnancy or weather change or body change or stress. dont hype yourself up to pregnancy as of yet, even though you had intercourse whether protected or not, cause the only prevention is abstinence

i think we've all had that at one time or another. wait a week or 2, and if still worried, take a test. there are too many reasons why it could be late......just wait, don't do anything you wouldn't do if pregnant (drinking, smoking, whatever) and take a test in AT LEAST 2 weeks. Don't fret over nothing...and too many times it can be nothing.
