Try it when your 16. Try to get a place detailing cars. That way you can see how the dealership works and observe the car salesman to pick up good tips and what things you should do (and don't do) when selling cars. The delearship will be more likely to promote you into one of those spots when a position becomes available instead of hiring from the outside.

You could probably work at a used dealership detailing and preping the cars for resale when you are 16.

18, any one who works for a dealership need a DL and drug test...they are very strict, even when U drive inside U need a DL 'cuz for insurance purposes

It depends on what position, I am sure. But with anything that you might drive the cars, I am sure you would have to be 25 for insurance reasons.
