how do I block numbers?

How can I stop blocked numbers from calling my cell without unblocking it???? I have it on my home phone which is probly why they're now calling my cell to harass me. I have changed the number but it just happens again. Is there a way to block them on the cell phone??? thanks in advance

You would have to contact your cell service provider and see of they offer a call block option. I don't know of any that do but it's possible. There is no other way.
