I liked to lift after my workday was done then relax.

Do it every other day. The time of day is up to you; I like to do it around 2 pm, but that is just me. You need more than 5-10 minutes and more than dumbells...

I believe weight training is not advised until you have achieved major bone growth. I think this means at least 17 or 18 yrs old.

When the moon it at it's Zenith...and 2 hours after eating....BUT NOT within 2 hours of going to bed.
