I'm going to be a senior this school year, but I live in Vienna, and I wanted to know how i would be able to get a full scholarship

is it just enough to have straight As?

Absolutely not. For a full scholarship you'd need not only straight As, but grades in the 95-100% range. An 88% average won't do you any good. In addition, you'd do well to have extra curricular activities as well as volunteer work, PARTICULARLY in the area you want to study.

When I finished high school, I had a 94% average, volunteer experience, work experience and extra curricular activities (choir and debate team). I received only enough scholarships for two years' tuition. No living fees and no textbooks.

There are a lot of variables. Grades, extracurricular activities, diversity, test scores all play an integral role. Another variable is the school and that is a big one. The more competitive, prestigous schools are harder to get a scholarship. Look towards a good university but not the top if your looking for scholarships.
