If you are looking for the bookmarks file, it is in Documents and Settings->%username%->Appliation Data(hidden folder)->Mozilla->Firefox->(random name). default->bookmarks.html

Not too clear on what your looking for, have you tried right clicking on bookmarks at top left hand corner of Firefox Toolbar?

They are in the pulldown menu, top of screen.
