Oh my goodness, who would clean a freezer with antifreeze? Sounds like you have a big job on your hands.
I wouldn't mess with something as potentially dangerous without contacting a poison control center to see if it can be safely cleaned.

the only way to counter act the anti-freeze is the use of a commercial quality freezer bag. Not only will it reverse the anti in the anti freeze it will keep all the dangerous chemicals out of the food.
I do not recommend using the ice from the trays.

Clean with HOT soapy water first do this may be 2 times then use a cut down version of ammonia and water wear rubber gloves and old cloths throw away after use rubber boots all so wash good after this Will cut the glycol and should not be a problem

you are supposed to let a freezer defrost by it's self, you could end up damaging the elements inside the silver foil that is in the freezer, then u would be buying a new one

Dawn dishwashing liquid, hot water and lots of elbow grease applied liberally with a big sponge. Rinse well.

I would use straight vinegar...It is the best cleaner in the world...Try sprinkling baking soda on it first to get the smell out, though...
