Mine is having my life taken at the hands of another. Dying in my sleep..fine...being murdered shakes me to my very core! I'm slowly getting over it. I don't know if I ever fully will.

for me it is the frear of foreever. many ppl are scared of dying,not me i am scared of forever. b/c if there is a heaven or a hell or both after you die you WILL NEVER LEAVE, but on the other side if there isnt you will CEASE to exist for all eternity. makes me think

My biggest fear also changed my whole life, I could not drive anymore after 5 years. The fear overtook me. We are decades later and I know how much I missed by waiting for a ride here and there but the fear is still there.

My biggest fear right now in this point in my life is getting in a car accident on the freeway. I was involved in a car accident two years and it stills haunts me. Will I overcome it, I sure hope I do, and soon, because its taking over my life

Being abandoned by my fiance or being so poor that I can't get my medications for my diabetes or don't have a place to live.
I know that I will not be that poor as my fiance and I work hard to have the things and money we have. I am sure that I will get over the fear of abandonment in time.

Learning to overcome fear is a great ability to have. The less you fear the better. I have overcome my fear of heights by learning to fly - was tough at first but now I truly love it.

My biggest fear is that ignorance, superstition and violence will win out over knowledge, science and peace. If the world is a better, freer, more rational place when I die, then I'll have overcome it.

I have a fear of bats. I thought of taking on a pet bat in order to overcome my fear, but I don't think it would work. I also fear all kinds of cheese and ketchup. I can't be anywhere near them.
