hmm makeup to cover a black eye? I always slather a lil Covergirl AquaSmooth Natural on my mans face... See, He's got a woman who keeps him in line.. when he tries to step, he gets reminded who's in charge.. Although I can't imagine someone deserving a black eye for scratching a car....

OMG - forget makeup. You should look at it every 15 minutes and remember it. NEVER EVER HIT HER AGAIN! Women do not deserve to be abused (and neither do men). She should be more important to you than your car.
If you really want to make up to her, tell her you really screwed up and you are going to take anger management classes to help you understand a better way to deal with things. And then do it!
