I'm allergic to any and all kinds of commerical hair remover I've tried. Since then I've learned how to shave, and even learned how not to cut myself as frequently as I have before. But I still get cut, and it's ok. Now to the question. I can shave ok, not great. That's fine too. But I can't clean up well "down there". It's too hard, and I REALLY don't want to cut myself in that region...it hurts too bad. But I'd like to clean as I plese w/o hurting myself. The only solution I've figured out is using hair remover(nail, etc), but as I said, I'm allergic to it, and I'll get a rash. I don't like that either, cuz it hurts too. Yes, I'm a wenie, but I'm sensitive, especially down there. Are there any hair removal sprays or creams I can use which won't leave me with any kind of allergic reaction? I've bought that Veet thing, and it said that if one is alleragaic to any hair removal products, that it shouldn't be used, so I don't know what to do. Any hnest help would be appreciated. Thank You

If you can afford it (and are up for it) I would recommend getting a wax. But shaving down there is really easy once you get a hang of it. All you have to do is make sure that you are using a sharp NEW razor and let shaving cream/gel sit on the hair for a while before you start or whatever. It also helps to do it at the end of your bath or shower so that the area is steamed a little. Use a mirror to prevent cuts and stuff..good luck

I'm allergic to Nair, so I know what you mean.
My only advice would be to take your time when you are shaving and to use a good razor. You shouldn't be shaving everyday, so there's no reason you can't just do it on the weekend and take your time with it being careful. Spend the extra money on a Venus or a Schick Quattro, which is what I use. They have wires on the razor which reduces cuts, and they are quality razors. The razor makes a huge difference. Be sure to throw out the old razor heads when they start to feel ineffective. The duller they get the worse the cuts are. Don't press hard when you shave. You don't have to press down hard to get rid of the hair. A good sharp razor will cut them down easily without much effort on your part. Make sure the water and the temperature in the bathroom are sufficiently warm. Also don't be afraid to use your other hand to stretch the skin in places. A good shaving cream with moisturizers should also help and keep your skin smooth and make it easier for the razor to glide.

There are alternatives to shaving your privates. You could just get a pair of small scissors and trim the hair as well, which would help you avoid cuts and make it easier to keep clean.

creams and lotion hair removals can irritate your skin and shaving with a regular razor cause leaves nasty cuts (as you know). so i suggest getting an electric razor for women or an elecric trimmer. they have women's razors for the bikini area. theyre inexpensive and will help you stay trimmed and neat. they may not shave the hair down like a regular razor, but trimmed and neat is better than a bushy mess and its better than a rash or a bunch of cuts.

Try a Lady Remington Electric razor .It has no chance of an allergy and less likely to be cut rather than using a plain razor.

Can you afford a salon visit? Maybe try wax strips? Find a unscented hair cream remover. Shave slowly with mirror?

Well I know how to make this special wax using natural ingredients like lemon and sugar. It's good for your skin too. I'm 13 and I make it by myself.
