everyone is right about you just going to lose water and muscle... i lost 20 lbs. in 1 mnth due to diahrea. i was in Vietnam on vacation and started exercising like crazy every week. I played tennis 9x's a week for 1-2.5 hrs each time (sweltering, hot, tropical weather). although i also ate 2 very balanced meals each day so i'm still relatively healthy... :/ Seriously though, if it's just to get into a dress for an event (like wedding) go for it but know the consequences... For overall best results, consult with a dietician and get regular exercise... They work out scientific goals and habits. btw, i'm 5'7" male WAS 180lbs but dropped to 160 when I came back. Still dropping but not as drastic. 1-2 lbs is cool... (;

If you lose that much in one week it will be water and muscle mass, not good or healthy, because when you gain it back, it will be as fat. Safe weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds a week. Good luck.

Drink lots of liquids before every meal--Do a lot of walking every day- any time after you eat-don't sit down-- go outside and walk for about 5 minutes --then rest! do this every day-- make sure that you drink lots of fluids before you eat- that way you won't eat as much but will be just as full as if you had eat a full course meal

thats very hard unless you decide to eat much less than usual and burn more calories than you take in..you can also thnk bout liposuction..but pills are no miracle worker..but i have heard that beyonce (a singer/actress) puts cayenne into her water to loose weight faster..

Yeah, you shouldn't even try. If you do lose it, it's just gonna be dehydration....no matter what you do, drink a LOT of water...
