suffering from severe muscle spasms in entire body (twitching, spasms) also nerve pain like shooting and stabbing paian.
trying zanaflex and robxin. not much help.

ARNICA and BELLADONNA both in 30C 3 doses at an hours interval till you start feeling relief after that thrice a day half hour before meals will be enough till 100% cure.

Homeopathy will not work for you pain or muscle spasms. Discuss further treatment with your doctor.
All homeopathy will do is waste your time and money (mainly money).
You may actually find some relief with homeopathy providing you are convinced it will work. This relief is called the placebo effect. It is essentially caused by you relaxing from a tense fight-or-flight state because you expect relief soon. This can effect can be obtained by someone giving you a sugar pill and telling you it will cure your pain. Sugar pills are a lot cheaper, too.
Good luck finding a solution, though. Pain like that cannot be fun. :(
