is this something to do with why you can see the rain more clearly in movies?
if it is then the answer's cos they add a little milk (prob other things in diff countries!) to the water so that it can be picked up on camera a lot better.
if it's not that then, yes i have seen the rain. i'm scottish so i wouldn't be surprised if it was one of the first words i learned!
and if it's a trick question then whoosh! flew right over my head!
