It's so simple, I don't know what you could be having problems with.
-Bike on center stand.
-Put engine on a floor jack with wheels.
-Start with the engine on the left side of the bike and the front of the motor pointing to the left.
-Push the engine backward into place.
-While pushing the engine in, turn it and line up the drive shaft.
-Jack up the engine, connect the drive shaft and install a rear motor mount bolt. Don't tighten it yet.
-With the jack, raise or lower the engine to install the rest of the motor mount bolts.
---Another thing. The front of the engine should be pointing down so the head will clear the frame when pushing it in.

The CX650 doesn't have a removable side frame rail.

You should beable to un-bolt the right side frame rail to install the engine
