I work full-time and go to school part-time, so I didn't think I'd have time for a second job even though I desperately needed the money. When I heard about the Mary Kay opportunity I wasn't sure it was for me because I didn't think I'd be good at it, but after trying the products, seeing what they did for my skin, and how they sell themselves, I knew I had to get involved!
The great thing is that you can work it part-time, full-time, not at all, whatever you want. There are no deadlines, no bosses, no quotas, and you make 50% of everything you sell and it grows over time. It's money in your pocket - no waiting for a paycheck. The products sell themselves and the demand is so high, but people don't know where to buy it because we don't advertise. This is a great opportunity for sharp, positive women... The need is high, so the company needs more people to be of service.
Most people, women especially, are not appreciated or acknowledged as they should be in their career. This is why Mary Kay Inc. awards gifts, prizes (diamonds, cars, etc.) for every little achievement we make. Doesn't it feel great to be around positive people who recognize your success?

relies upon... a number of the bargin basement tires are certainly made by using the comparable producer of the call style.... Republic/path mark are examples of bargin tires made by using Goodyear. many times the call style tires has a greater effective placed on score and the tread is greater computer designed so it is going to offer greater effective overall performance than the low-priced tires (many times low-priced as they are 40k mile tires in comparison to 60k miles from others) I certainly have considered the place the greater much less costly style performs the comparable because of the fact the call style (with slightly greater street noise) yet as long as you rotate the tires, all of them might desire to hold out. additionally verify the place you purchase them tires..... paying for tires from a automobile broker, a business enterprise keep, or production facility franchised keep many times has the call style tires with the names you will comprehend.. those could be warrantied by using any of the sellers that sell that tire. Goodyear and others do make a tire referred to as a "club" tire it quite is offered in places like Sears and Wal-Mart.... those are referred to as by using the call style tire's call (like Goodyear) however the style won't sound like those in the different shops. those tires holiday and such like the call style stuff yet once you're able to desire to get it warrantied, you will might desire to circulate back to the place you got it (not the easily region however the comparable keep which includes Wal-Mart) in comparison to any of the producer's sellers.... The club tire is many times a pair of money greater much less costly than the broker keep nevertheless. examine the comments in the previous you go with for nevertheless and contact it that way IMO

Not only am I tired of not getting paid what I'm worth, I'm tired of being overlooked when there are other people being promoted and I'm more than qualified for the positions. Thanks for letting me rant- good question.

I know too many people who get paid far more than they are worth. Care to debate that?

One is only worth what another will pay for their services or talents. It's called supply and demand.
