Yes In Hebrews a part says HE MADE THE WORLDS
Now my Sunday School Teacher said not to read more into this.
I kind of got excited that astronauts said they see galaxies beyond and possible the search of space is for other planets that could be habitat for us to take vacations or rescue or such far fetched ideas. I think we may never reach space travel but it would be nice. Then we always feel the people in outer space are smarter than we are if there is extraterrestrial life. We have a hard enough time getting along with each other and understanding the many layers of this world. Animals on land and sea and deep under layers of earth and below the sea.
We cant get along as countries and less known is world peace or helping the poor. I sound like I am going for Miss Universe myself here with out a swimsuit in sight. This is one of those questions I quite hope we will get answered in Heaven once we die. We keep looking up. God existed before the world was and as a child I wanted to know if God had parents like I did.
I guess I was a silly girl. God IS He just IS and that is all we need to know right now. We look up in the sky for GOD. So Yes My answer is YES.

Anything that existed prior to this universe is completely irrelevant, as it is outside of our space and time. Actually, time itself began with the beginning of our universe, so asking if anything existed before our universe is a moot question.

I believe that a prior universe existed, and it ended being compacted down to what the big bang spread from, and eventually, our universe will do the same. and on and on for infinity

what kicked the whole thing into motion? no idea.

When you say "this universe", what do you mean? Do you mean the creation of matter? To answer to this question you should take into account space-time issues. What do you think that will be left in case we were able to erase matter from existence? Now I would like you to think about one single item placed in the void or empty space. How big do you thing this item will be?

AS per our earth is concern. We all live in Three dimensional space and time as separate entity. Although, if we imagine world just beyond space and time it is empty. I don't think something might have existed prior to universe.

Invalid question - beep!

That's a contradictory question, in essence: do you believe that anything existed prior to everything that ever existed everywhere?
