Before you shell out the money for a new power supply, I highly recommend having a computer technician look at it. I had to ditch my old computer because it was doing the same thing - I was told that it would cost hundreds of dollars to fix, and that it wasn't the power supply (if the power supply was the problem, I was told that the light wouldn't be flashing .... the flashing light shows that the computer is getting power). It was about a year ago, so I can't remember exactly what the guy said was wrong with it. Is it by any chance a Compaq computer? Mine was 1 year and 4 days old - and Compaq refused to warranty it because of the extra four days - so frustrating!

You just moved eh?

Open the computer and make sure that all ribbon cables are tightly set in. Check for lose connections to devices and power connections too.

Check to see that the PCI cards are not lose and that the RAM memory is tight too.

Make sure that the monitor is not broke and that the VGA cable is tight.

Turn on the PC and see if it works.

If you have the manual for the computer, look and see in the troubleshooting section if this is an error code. You may want to see if something inside has come loose while moving the computer.

Hold the power button down...that sometimes acts as a reset. Your power supply is not dead. if it were, you would not get any lights on your tower at all...

Your powersupply is burned out. You need to get a new one. Go to newegg and buy one or your local pc store.
