i have a disc with my ex-rays on it given to me by my hospital. why can't i view it on my computer. it starts to run and then a window pops up telling me "windows cannot run this disc" am i in need of special softwear? this disc was made for me thru the V/A.

Is your player just a CD player? You need a DVD player on your computer I would think.
CD and DVD are different formats.

Same thing happened to my stepfather when he came down with brain and lung cancer...except, I think he could see it, but could not burn a copy for family.

You do need the proper software. Contact the V/A and explain to them that you want to see the pics.

sounds like a need for drivers. ask the hospital

it says I needwindows95,98,ME,2000,XP,Vista,and 7 do I have any of these
