a securities market is where buyers and sellers interact. all you have to do, if you are a buyer, is call up a broker and tell him that you want to buy x number of shares of this particular stock, at USS$y price. i am assuming you already have an account with the broker. if you don't, then all you need to do is open one. similar to opening a bank account. finally, buy low, and sell high, to make a profit.
