i would in all honesty use a fresh salmon. either from sainsburys or asda, let the fish attain room temperature and then stand in front of a mirror(preferably full length). with a swinging motion from left to right aim for the base of chin to just above the ear. this will let you get the best hit as you are allowing the salmon to connect with the most surface area available.
chicken fillets are too small and not much cop in this scenario.
frying pans are good for the "yer-her" effect of the thud/dunk to the head.
depending on the quality of make, copper based do better than most followed by 8mm stainless steel bases. if your not much of a pain freak go for the cheaper option of somerfields imported non stick ones.

Why do people have a problem spelling "definitely" when there's a spell checker?
If you use a thawed out chicken fillet then you will end up having to wash your hair so I suggest the frying pan unless you've just used it for frying and there's still hot fat in it. So, best idea would be to send for me so I can give you a head massage instead.

The chicken fillet because it will be tenderized enough to be used in most recipes afterwards, the frying pan will never become tenderized enough to make good eating.

I would say a chicken fillet because that way it won't hurt much and you won't suffer from a VERY bad headache lol. Good luck to you though lol.
