you must leave it in the dry ice box and consume all at once or get more dry ice. home freezers are not cold enough for the ice cream. it has to be at -40 degrees to hold its form. it's not cheap. you get a bag of 30 servings for 125 bucks. So it's ideal for parties or large groups.
other than that, you can't buy it in store, again due to the freezer issue. It would melt before you got to the car.

Check out the movie theatres....they're almost always there in the bigger theatres in vending machines. You could call around to make your search easier. Also, you could go online and see if you can find a distributor...you might be able to buy them direct and stock up for much less money!

If you have a case of the dipp'n dots I would get rid of them at the local health clinic.

I don't know about Vegas, but here in Florida they have them in vending machines at the mall.
