It is so good you are so upfront about the things that concern you. Most people keep all that stuff inside themselves where it does quite a number on them. They get all tangled up in knots because they don't open up and share their concerns. The question I would like to ask you is - are your a worrier? It is interesting where that word comes from - worry. A dog will "worry" a bone. (I'm serious about this definition.) To worry something is to chew it over and over and over, around in circles kind of thing without making any headway. Now, I fully realize fifteen pounds is a lot of worrying, and I do not mean to make light of something that could be medical. But worrying will take it out of you, if you are concerned (worried) about your career or your family, for example, or about longevity or whatever... worrying drains you, and the older you are, the more profound the effect seems to be. Old people like me learn not to worry about much of anything if we want to keep a quality life. In closing, I would have you hop over to see your doctor, maybe do a blood draw, and see if some iron deficiency might be present, as well. I would also like to emphasize that I am not a doctor, I am a friend, so as a friend I would encourage you to get checked out on this matter more to just stem your concern about it (as well as get to the bottom of it). Not knowing also can do a number on you. It is a "what if?" kind of ongoing saga that just keeps gnawing at you and keeping you from focusing on things which truly matter to you, like your interest in writing, creating and publishing your music and verses. A quick trip to the doctor might take all of twenty minutes, but would lift a load of concern from your shoulders, and I would recommend it to myself if I were experiencing what you are experiencing. Well, that's "it" for this one. Be well in your Spirit, and thanks for reading my input on getting your health back to you, front and center. Sent with care from Chris in South Portland, Maine, U.S.A.

You're not underweight yet, but you do seem to be working on it. Why the sudden weight loss. Stress? I remember losing alot of weight when I was divorced. If that's the case (stress) then don't worry, it comes back once life is calmer again.

We cannot see you so there is no way for us to tell you if you are underweight or not, this is something you would ask a doctor.

I'd say that you were underweight, especially if a 13yr has just answered that he is the same weight!
People tend to eat less and healthier (salads) in the summer so perhaps its this.

it depends what types of food you are eating. some lastest research in diet plans suggest that the more you eat of a particular food, the more wieght you loose, as the protiens in your particular diet help your body to process food more quickly and break down fat more efficiently.
Either that or:
your not eating enough
youre working too hard
too much good sex (the best way to trim)
you have the squits
your workouts are too long
someone is secretly poisoning you
or slipping you laxatives
lol no really the first thing i wrote, it sound daft but wen you read the study it makes sense.
hope you get back to normal soon

If you eat bad food on the road, this could be your regular weight when you're not forced to eat take-out every night. But if you eat well on the road and are working it all off in concert-exercise, then you should really see a doctor - might this be in connection with the other malady you had that your special woman said you should see a doctor about?

Did you stop working out or stop being as active or something? Because it could be muscle loss. Or it could be a tape worm :) or maybe you've been sweating alot or something..i dunno..maybe go talk to a professional.
