Try to find out what it is about the guys that annoys you, and look for guys who don't have that trait.

If this is due to something that happened to you, please try not to generalize. Just as with women, there are all sorts of guys, really tough, really sensitive, outgoing, introverted, driven, laid back, and everything in between. Maybe join some clubs or organizations that bring together people with your interests and you might make one or more good guy friends that way.
