Id go with a Black & white party, Or do something random like make everyone where white, cover everything in white, and have REALLY bright decorations and food. Classy not trashy, a little goes a long way! Also, when you have a party make sure your invites are unique and stylish. Another good tip is to have only a few chairs, so people will be forced to mingle and meet people. Make sure you have lots of ambiance and mood lighting. If its at your house close off certain areas and cover as much stuff as you can. Guests might not like to see pictures of grandma on the mantle. Light candles and play good music.

You could have a formal event, or a black and white even, Hawaiian themed, or chose an era and stick with that like 70's or 50's. . . . You could do anything, but it might be easiest to go to your local party shop and see what supplies they have, and take ideas from there. You wouldn't want to choose a theme, and then not be able to get anything for it.

the theme of my very successful party was alter egos, this meant no one had to dress up, feel embarrassed and I could invite people to my party who would otherwise never have been there.
It worked like this
I wrote a list of people (historical, fictional, literary, legendary), as long as the guest list then added a couple more. I cut up the names and placed them in an envelope, and when my guests arrived asked them to chose a slip from the envelope. They were not allowed to show it to anyone (including myself). When all the guests had arrived I gave each one a list of names of people who were at the party. They then had to interview each person and find out their alter ego, it was a really successful ice-breaker and very funny.
Of course the more successful guessers were those who knew me well and knew whose names I would have put down, but I threw in a few oddballs to keep them guessing.
It was great fun, easy to organise, and the party is still talked about today, almost three years later.

Have a 60's key party. The men toss their keys into a bowl and the women put blind folds on and whoever keys the lady picks that guy gets to have his way with her for sixty minutes. It's really cool I've had several of these parties and it is so cool.

I had Coca-Cola party and we went to Johnny Rockets for dinner and Coke Factory before and then we went home and my mom had the place with black,red, and white colors. After we partied and watched a movie we had a sleepover and then morning came and we had breakfast. Have a Coca-Cola party!!! It was sooooooooo much fun!!!

right now i think the cutest theme to do is a beach theme... around here you can get decorations cheap cause its summer time .. plus yo u can do outside if you like ... besides everyone likes mixed drinks and bright colors
