I wear one under certain dresses to give me more of a smooth line. Nancy Ganz is a great brand. A little pricey, but worth it. Any bump you have is lifted up, pushed in or moved over. Gotta love it.

Well, I don't wear any and I don't work. But I used to work at this bra/panty/stocking/girdle store here where I live in Bayonne, NJ. And they sell SPANX. Which are supposed to be the best power-girdle ever. So if you're looking for one, there's your best choice!
