I'm trying to fill out a job appliaction, to certain hospitals, and I need a resume to send to them.

Go to microsoft office templates. You can download a format to help you type your resume. Good luck.

If you are using Microsoft word they have templates for resumes. Make sure you try to make it slightly specific to each job your are applying to. As an employer nothing is more irritating then when I read a resume and their goal is something to do with an entirely different field of business.

Google "job resume" or "resume" You will be flooded with possibilities. Your Word program may even have a template for it.
