Lol no he doesn't. There was a rumor that he might because in the song "Run It" theres a line that says,"My age won't slow us down" but it sounds like he's saying, "My AIDS won't slow us down." Im pretty sure he's HIV-free.

Oh I heard about this I don't listen to that Hip Hop stuff, but I have friends that do. Anyways, they say he does and cried over it. Overly obsessive if you ask me.
