Leadership that does not push a fundamentally religious agenda.
Leadership that cares for ALL citizens of its country.
Leadership that does not lie to its people.
Leadership that cares about the laws of this country and is bound to them.
Leadership that isn't driven by the almighty dollar.
Leadership that respects other nations and their stance on things.
Leadership that understands the history of this country and the world, to enable it to make better decisions regarding foreign policy.
Leadership that will defend this country at all costs but not lie to scare people about the facts.
I would like to have a leader who is a real person. Someone who is compasionate about something other then their morals beliefs, and realize that everyone is different.
Since we cannot get any of these in this country, I have a feeling things will get much worse before they get better.

Personally, I think the Great President George W. Bush is doing a great job. The only complaint I have is getting our troops out of Iraq and getting the oil prices lowered. I would like the same type of leadership for the next presidential election, because the most important thing to me, is that the president can provide safety for it's citizens. Everything else will fall into place eventually.

I would like to see the kind of leadership that supports free market economy, not socialism and high taxes as is the case in many European countries I have lived in.
I would also for once like to have a leader whom you can't tell what religion he is if he is even religious at all.
One who stands strong in Foreign Affairs and puts the world and primarily the UN on notice that we won't tolerate murders killing civilians and trying to exterminate whole Nations.
A Leader who at last stand up and remind us all and shame those who don't full fill our civic responsibilities.
Be willing to do that which we are fear full of but know have to happen sooner or later.
One who will inspire science, education not for the sake of a job but for the sake of being a better human and citizen, and can reignite the fire of exploration.
I personally know of no American Politician with all of these qualities so I will look for the one who has most of them an pick em.

When Jesus comes He will be a benevolent dictator, till then ,isolationist Christian conservative with the usual-- no money to the nea, or the other nea, reduced teacher and other federal and state employee wages- pay them what they're worth instead of what they are conning us out of,, stronger military, with less global envolvement-- bring the boys home from everywhere (esp france ,germany, etc) and tell the world,"if you even flinch, well blow you off the map" and blow Iran off the map just to show we are serious, and don't offer to rebuild anything.. Put the whole military on the borders. Make it a felony to be here illegally, and a feloney to hire illegals.. Offer Old Mexico STATEHOOD.. abolish imminent domain.. abolish the aclu (anti christ's legal unit).. Make adultry a felony and get the govt out of all the places it should not be-- close the state dept...sorry condy you're a great and beautiful woman but your whole dept is just too corrupt. that oughta do for day one......

I would like to see a movement more focused on a green Economy where society is more a benefactor rather then the eco destructive capital market. Believe me I would like to see hard earned investments have their return, but I would like to see America itself and the rest of this, "Globalization" movement hold itself accountable to the environmental impacts as well as the why alternative ideas are being suppressed by industry. I would also like to see more a shift towards scientific advancements such as Stem Cell research (Sorry I don't believe an egg is life-- I like mine scrambled ;). and one in which America takes a good hard look at itself past, present, and future and reevaluate its values and what is stands for. Why it would work? Its all a crap shoot and a roll of the dice, but I think this program would have the odds in the USA's favor as fighting mother earth is roll with fixed dice.

I am very pleased with the President we have now. He is a leader. It's not always the popular thing to be. But know he is doing what is good for America and America first.

A leadership that is peaceful, wise and sympathetic.
A leadership that looks for peaceful solutions and works with others in creating solutions.
(just to put you in the picture, the American forces do scribble messages to their enemies on the bombs they drop on them)

It's plain and simple. We need an honest leader. If we had more honest leaders , we would not be in half of the trouble that we are now in
