Yes...my friend had a bi-racial baby boy (he's 3 1/2 now) and he is white as a ghost, blond straight hair and blue eyes. His nose is wide and that's the only feature he got from his father. It is possible.

I know a girl with one black and one white parent. She has long straight blonde hair and a nice tanned colouring.
