comcast isn't fast enough??
what are you doing backing up your entire system over the Internet while streaming video and downloading on limewire? technically speaking cable connect at 6Mbps where a T-1 is 1.544Mbps but OK go to cnet.com they have links to that sort of thing off their bandwidth meter find a company and give them a call and be prepared to drop $600-$1,500 a month

What kind of bandwidth do you need? What are you using your connection for?
Comcast is going to be faster than a T-1 line in most cases. Most cable accounts are between 3 & 5 Mb/sec. A T-1 line is only 1.544 Mb/sec, although it is synchronous -- the upload and download speeds are the same. Most people don't need much upload bandwidth, though.
A T-1 is available through your phone company as well as some ISPs. It's going to probably run $1,000.00 a month or more.

If your Comcast is not fast enough, I suggest you look at a T3 (ds3) for your service. Generally, you will want to get it through your ISP of choice, as they will have the bulk buying power to buy down the price of the connection from the telco or fibre company responsible for the last mile delivery. For redunandcy sakes you should get two of these lines from different providers with different last mile delivery vendors. Good Luck with your endeavors!

You get a T1 from the phone company, it is a special dedicated line just for Internet access. It is also VERY expensive, meant for businesses and schools not home users.

I hate to tell you, but a T1 is only 1.544mbps down and up, which is only about the same as a standard DSL connection. Except for the up speed which is lower in DSL. It is also much more expensive than DSL or cable.

On youtube, there are video clips of fellows filming themselves in the front of the pc at the same time as respiration in deeply from pot. What lands up occurring is they cough their fool heads off until eventually they faint. i do not recognize in case you've considered them or no longer, yet they're kinda humorous. besides, I wager those adult males have hemorrhoids. :D

t1 lines come from local phone providers and will cost a few hundred bucks a month dependent on where you are located...
AT&T Ameritech, etc etc etc...

how fast is your computer,if your computer is slow,it cannot go as fast as you want.
