Play Solitaire, exercise, clean the house or a room. Plan ahead for the week, read a book, watch a movie, start a hobby. invite some friends over, cook a meal, plan a menu for the week. play a game with your family, fix a neat snack. Start a diary, clip coupons from the sunday paper, ask your family if they want to do something together. Think about what you'd do if you just won $500.00 (yes I know it's a small amout, but it gives you a limit on what you can do, and you can think about it.) write your thoughts down on it. Think, run, jump, hop, skip, sit, stand, lay down watch, I think that'll about do it for ideas huh?

volunteer to help others. Many opportunities for volunteering. It will brighten your day if you try making a day brighter for someone else.Try nursing homes, day care centers, Civitan, Lion's club. Senior citizen groups, ElderCare. Scout troops, Boys and Girls clubs. Meals on Wheels. Even if you don't drive you could help getting the meals ready. Salvation Army. These are just some of the places that use volunteers. Ask your Chamber of Commerce, or call "Concern".

Go to google.com and try words with the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button. Sometimes there are funny results. Try it with the word failure and see what it does!
