typically around 14-16 days after you stop your period. But keep in mind that sperm swim slowly, so start trying around 12 days, and have fun for the following 4 days ;) And remember, guy on top is usually better, gravity wise. Helps the sperm out a little bit. Good luck with everything! I wish you guys the best of luck.

For most people you do start trying on the 14th day from the first day of your period. But you need to make sure you are ovulating. You have a couple of options on how to tell. you can either buy ovulating kits which tend to get expensive or which sounds gross you can tell by haveing like a white mucus. wipe before you use the restroom to check but that seems to be the most effective way. Good luck

When I found out I was pregnant with my daughter, the initial test came up negative. At that point the doctor told me to have my husband wear boxers, not briefs, and to take a teaspoon of Robitussin cough syrup each morning. (This apparently increases sperm count) You can buy ovulating kits that will help you determine your ovulation period, however, it is usually 14-16 days after the last day of your period. Good luck.

There is a great calendar as babyzone.com, you should start testing (ovulation test) when your period starts stopping. July was the first month that I used the calendar and it was right on time with the ovulation test. We didn't get pregnant but, I just had a tubal reversal on the 7th so I wasn't expecting too. I am believing that you will get pregnant soon, also try to relax and not get stressed, it will happen.

You need to determine your cycle length and figure out when you will be exptecting your next period. Then count back 14 days from when you expect it--this is most likely when you will be ovulating. A lot of women mistakenly think 14 days after their period but this simply is wrong! It's 14 days BEFORE your NEXT period.

you should NOW have sex every other day because IF your period is off that is the BEST way to make sure you hit on your ovulation IF you have not already ovulated! You could have already the week before. GOOD LUCK

My doctor told me when i was tring to get pregnant that you count 11-14 days from the day you 1st start your peroid... and to have sex 2 days before and everyother day after for about 8-10 days... (so you start having sex on the 9th day) and if that doesn't get you pregnant you switch the days and have sex everyother day after for 8-10 days.... also try using a pillow under you bottom after sex so your bottom is kinda in the air.( i know sounds silly) But it worked for me...GOOD LUCK!!
