Ok I think I know what the problem is. It says to measure around you chest for your bandsize. What I've always heard you do it measure around under your chest and then add 5 inches for your band size. So if you are 29 inches around you are a 34 band size. Is that the problem?

It's wrong. It says I'm a 36AA, and there's no way my chest could be mistaken as an AA cup. I'm actually a 36C, I know this because all my well-fitting bras say so!
