The second film was directed by the same person as Boyz in the Hood.

i only know that he said it in the matrix.
but i looked it up on imdb and that exact line has been used in a lot of movie and tv shows!
it lists freddy krueger as having said that, and i know that laurence was in one of those movies so do i get half a point for a possible connection?!!
