Getting the right addicts. Err, forum junkies, errr, oh yeah, regular posters is a big deal.

It helps to have a site is it associated with as for many people, the site comes first and then they find there is a forum... The site also provides a more consistent view to search engines (forums are all over the map when it comes to keywords and phrases).
