I just answered this question a week ago, for another new Orlando woman!!!
I lived there a couple years back. Faces is all-lesbian, a nice small bar, but it's called "the Kennel Club" by many women. Southern Nights has a women's night on Saturday.

The P-house is mostly male, but I've seen a goodly share of lesbians there. So Orange Blossom Trail.
