I think it just gives you less answers. If you want a laugh though, go to Google, type in the word "failure" and hit the I feel lucky key.

It takes you directly to the first page that returns from your query.
You don't get any choices to click on, it automatically figures out the "best match" for your search and sends you to that page... be careful though, you might not be so lucky some times...

The "I'm Feeling Lucky" button takes you instantly to the first search result returned for any query. For instance, if I type in "cheese" I go straight to cheese.com, if I type in "Nike" I go straight to the Nike corporate site, etc. It's basically a shortcut so you can bypass the search engine results page.

Instead of giving you a list of results for what your searching it will randomly take you to one of the sites.
